Plants delivered with care.
Shipping costs and any taxes are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size of your order.
UK-wide delivery
We deliver across mainland UK. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Highlands, islands and remote postcodes may take a little longer - we’ll always tell you in advance.
Specimen & landscaping logistics
For mature trees, large topiary and full planting schemes we arrange dedicated transport with experienced plant handlers. Lead times are agreed in writing for each project.
Care on arrival
Each order arrives with care notes specific to the plant. Where possible we recommend planting within a few days; if you can’t, keep the plant in a sheltered, light spot and water lightly.
Returns
Plants are living and travel can be hard on them. If anything arrives in poor condition, get in touch within 48 hours with photos and we’ll put it right.
